Our company is a cutting edge and innovative therapy centre located in the heart of Orchard Road. You will be working with a team of Allied Health Professionals with the mission of helping as many people as possible and to provide high quality therapy services to our clients.

We are looking for motivated and compassionate individual to join our expanding team in a fast-paced energetic environment.

The ideal candidate would be: a) Degree / Diploma holders in any discipline. b) 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (4 weekdays and 1 full day on Saturday). c) Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting as a front-line staff. d) Proficiency in MS Office and strong office administration skills e) A good team player with good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills. f) Patient, understanding and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving clients. g) The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar setting. i) Able to start as soon as possible.

The Job:

• To perform reception, registrations, walk in and administration of client visits in a dynamic environment.
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding our services.
• Manage calendars and appointments scheduling for a team of psychologists, speech & occupational therapists.
• Cashiering and collection of payments.
• Provide admin support in all aspects of clinic operations and good follow up on emails and calls received.
• Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner.
• Work as part of the administrative team in a fun and multi-cultural environment.
