Programme Management and Development To assist in executing and implementing Individual Training Programme (ITP) with the supervision of senior TOs To assist in continuous assessment and training and evaluation of trainees holistic development Collaboratively work with families in the implementation of trainees ITPs Implement and monitor trainees security and safety procedures Administrative and Operations To assist in recording information pertaining to individual trainees in Clients Log e.g. communications to from caregivers and occurrences To assist in recording significant behaviours for regulation in ABC Chart and Behaviour Incident Log To report of any incident and critical trainees occurrences and events To assist in implementing routine checks on physiological and psychological well-being of trainees To assist in conducting appropriate group activities Communicate and maintain good rapport with parents and caregivers Attend staff meeting regularly Attend training as and when required Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: Minimum Secondary Education or Employability skills (ES-WPLN) any other relevant courses Computer literacy skills ' MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint Core Competencies: Good interpersonal and communication skills Passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities Preferred achievements / characteristics: Improving others lives through your work.
