The Centre Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the company's programmes and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving enrolment or sales targets. The role involves handling enquiries, conducting consultations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries regarding the centre's services and programmes.
Conduct sales consultations, provide professional advice, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Manage and maintain a database of leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure high conversion rates.
Assist in planning and executing marketing or promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with administrative and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of centre services.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or education centre operations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Result-oriented with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
