Oversee daily centre operations, including client registration, record updates, payments, and general housekeeping.
Prepare materials and support therapists/teachers during sessions when needed.
Handle enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and appointment reminders to ensure a positive client experience.
Administration & Compliance
Manage centre inventory and assist in staff meetings.
Work with therapists, psychologists, and HQ to refine centre procedures.
Complete required documentation to meet insurance, regulatory, and reporting standards.
Client Engagement & Growth
Support simple market research and business development activities.
Build strong relationships with clients, address concerns, and ensure quality service.
Team Support & Reporting
Assist in scheduling, timesheets, and coordination of staff and interns.
Prepare daily financial summaries and support weekly/monthly/quarterly HQ and ECDA reports.
Perform other ad hoc duties to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or higher
Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of responsibility and punctuality
Approachable, proactive, and consistent in interactions with children, parents, and colleagues
Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word and WhatsApp
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays (5 days work week)
