Position: Centre Executive (Office Hours, No Weekends!) What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
- Be the Heartbeat of Our Centre: Reporting to the Centre Manager, you\'ll handle both administrative and client-facing tasks with finesse, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Keep Us Organized: Prepare essential financial and centre reports, manage attendance forms, and conduct daily health checks on the children.
- Engage with Our Community: Assist parents with purchases and provide exceptional service, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain Our Standards: Perform administrative duties, manage fee collections, conduct stock-taking, and ensure our premises are safe and well-kept.
- Ensure Safety: Supervise the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the centre and oversee their well-being within our facilities.
- Adapt and Excel: Take on various ad-hoc duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment.
- Educational Background: Diploma in Business Management with at least 2 years of experience in a preschool environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Office Hours: Enjoy a work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule, 10 AM to 7 PM.
