:
1) Ensure quality performance, operational efficiency and compliance through continuous improvements:
Ensure team properly monitor client's health/physical/mental well-being:
- Conduct visual check & take/monitor vital signs - Escalate to senior care staff of any irregularity
- Administer medications following SOP
- Act on clients' irregular conditions, report to sup & caregiver if necessary, record in communication notes, submit incident report where required
- Identify changes in seniors' well-being, behaviours, report to caregivers, plan and monitor Individualised Care Plan (ICP)
Ensure team provide well-planned & well-executed meals, exercises and activities:
Ensure staff perform the following:
- Transport escort
- Serve meals with sufficient #staff serving meals and others still attentive to the seniors and their needs
- Plan and lead / support exercises and activities
Ensure team care for clients' safety:
- Ensure staff assist clients in: Toileting, Mobility, Transfer safety (Staff are trained by attending course or on-the job trained to do this)
Ensure team maintain cleanliness / hygiene & Timely Issue Resolution:
- Ensure cleanliness at all times and carry out any necessary cleaning
- Resolve operational issues, emergencies and accidents and ensure that all escalated issues are addressed and closed
2) Stewardship: Manage budget. Administrative duties and ensure financial/operational sustainability and accountability
- Plan & roster transport, activities and manpower - Monitor stock inventory
- Write/update SOP. Comply with SOP. Ensure success of audit with minimum 2 years' renewal
- Budget and monitor income & expenses well
