Permanent position, Salary up to $5,500 with bonus

Prior experience in setting up education centre will be ideal

Responsibilities:

Lead the overall management of the centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities upkeep. Ensure compliance with company policies, MOE guidelines (where applicable), and safety standards. Oversee efficient registration, billing, and enquiry handling processes. Drive student enrolment through effective sales, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. Monitor student performance and satisfaction, ensuring timely feedback and support. Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent service and meet centre objectives. Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous staff development. Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Education, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in education management, retail management, or customer service leadership. Proven track record in sales, business growth, or centre operations management. Willing to work on weekends (with weekday off-days).
