Manage/Supervise site teams (including outsourced services like third-party cleaners) for the day-to-day operations of the centres and upkeep of clean, orderly and well-maintained centres.
Ensure compliance with the established Standard Operating Procedures, and propose improvements to derive higher productivity and/or cost savings.
Arrange, complete and supervise all repairs, maintenance, alterations and decorations of the centres.
Manage suppliers/vendors and to procure or renew contracts where necessary.
Sales and Marketing
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the centres, including all marketing, advertising, promotion, sales, public relations, publicity and related activities, to maximise centre occupancy, sales and revenue.
Devise sales and marketing campaigns for regional centres, if needed.
Generate and manage sales leads, up to sales closure.
Monitor and research on market trends and competitors.
Identify and generate new businesses and/or prospective clients by pro-actively networking and participating in events.
Client Management/Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to boost client retention and customer satisfaction.
Ensure customer requests are attended to in a prompt, timely and professional manner, and deal with clients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback to seek satisfactory resolution.
Monitor expiry dates of licences and engage clients for renewals and attend to clients\xe2\x80\x99 expansion requirements.
Oversee the monthly billing and client invoicing process.
Oversee the debt management and recovering of all outstanding monies from clients in a timely manner.
Budget and Management Reporting
Prepare annual budgets which include projected revenue (forecast occupancy rates and reserve prices and rates of products and services), projected operating expenses in relation to the operations, management, maintenance and marketing of the centres, and projected capital expenditure (renovation, alteration, replacement of furniture, fittings and equipment).
Submit management reports.
Ad Hoc
Perform ad-hoc assignments, such as assisting in the development of new centres and/or other initiatives.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your supervisor or Head of Unit from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing-related discipline
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated team player with pleasant personality, positive working attitude and determination to learn, achieve and excel
Candidates with experience in leading a team in customer service or contact centre will have an added advantage
Must be prepared to work on weekends and/or public holidays, when required
