About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Centre
Operations Executive
to support the daily operations and maintenance of our school campuses across Hong Kong and Singapore. This role plays a key part in ensuring our learning environments are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for our students, staff, and families.
You will work closely with school teams, vendors, landlords, and building management offices to oversee facilities, coordinate maintenance works, support compliance efforts, and deliver high-quality operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance and repair works, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across campuses.
Act as a key liaison between school staff, landlords, and building management offices.
Support safety and licensing compliance in accordance with local regulations.
Assist in monitoring facility-related budgets and expenses.
Maintain and update operational documents, SOPs, and calendars.
Manage vendor coordination for services such as maintenance, cleaning, transport, and enrichment programs.
Respond to staff and parent facility-related requests in a timely, professional manner.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, facilities, or property management (experience in education or childcare settings is a plus).
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and vendors.
Good communication skills
Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and a commitment to service excellence.
Familiarity with building maintenance or vendor management is advantageous.
Prior experience in school, kindergarten, or childcare operations is an advantage
Knowledge of licensing standards and building regulations in Singapore or Hong Kong is an advantage.
