Life Community Services Society is one of the leaders in the Student Care sector and we are looking to recruit a Centre Supervisor who has a calling from God, to lead a team, to care Life Community Services Society is one of the leaders in the Student Care sector and we are looking to recruit a Centre Supervisor who has a calling from God, to lead a team, to care and mentor children aged 7 - 12 by providing quality after-school care support in a homely environment. You will play an active role to ensure good Centre performance by developing strategies that are in line with the organisation's vision and mission. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day Centre operations Plan and implementing effective student developmental programs for the Centre Maintaining student care facilities and ensuring health and safety of children Being involved in staff recruitment, appraisal, conflict management, mentoring and welfare Providing periodic reports to management As a leader at the Centre, you will be building relationships with stakeholders, e.g. parents and school leaders, as well as leveraging on resources in the community, for the well-being of the children. Requirements At least a Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably early childhood, business, social work or counselling. Those without qualifications but has at least 5 years' experience will also be considered. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Good team player Good communication skills
