Centre Supervisor/manager (student Care)

Job Description
Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. The candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers.
Responsibilities
- To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
- Ensuring smooth operation of the centre
- To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
- Providing regular updates to the management
- Any other operational duties as assigned
- Degree/ Diploma/ A/O levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
- Enjoy being with children
- Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
- Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
- Preferably with prior tutoring experience
