About the Role
As an Avaloq Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing core banking solutions on the Avaloq Banking Suite. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure financial systems that power the bank.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance features within the Avaloq core banking system
• Configure Avaloq modules, including parameterisation and scripting (Avaloq Script, PL/SQL)
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensure system changes are fully tested and documented in line with internal standards
• Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and DevOps practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Avaloq development
• Strong understanding of Avaloq Core Banking System (incl. ACP certification preferred)
• Proficiency in Avaloq scripting and PL/SQL
• Experience with Avaloq parameterization and customization
• Familiarity with wealth management products and banking processes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
