WHAT YOU WILL DOPrimary Responsibilities:
Solution Design: The CRM Solution Architect is responsible for designing a comprehensive solution that meets the requirements and aligns with best practices. This involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing a solution that leverages the capabilities of Salesforce & Veeva
Technical Leadership: As a technical leader, the CRM Solution Architect provides guidance and direction to development teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution. They need to act as a mentor to developers and administrators, ensuring the solution aligns with CRM best practices and follows industry standards.
System Integration and Data Management: CRM Solution Architects are responsible for designing and implementing integrations between CRM and other systems. They also need to ensure the integrity and quality of data by designing data models, defining data migration strategies, and implementing data governance processes.
Solution Documentation: CRM Solution Architects create documentation for solution design and architecture, including technical specifications, data models, and integration diagrams. These documents serve as a reference for development teams and enable seamless knowledge transfer.
Stakeholder Management: The CRM Solution Architect collaborates with various stakeholders, including Product Team, Delivery Lead, business analysts, project managers, and development teams. They actively participate in discussions, present solutions, and address any concerns to ensure alignment between technical design and business objectives.
Stay Updated with CRM Platform: CRM Solution Architects continuously update their knowledge of the CRM platform, its features, and new releases. CRM Solution Architects stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Proactive intention to reveal new CRM features and it\xe2\x80\x99s proper analysis & implementation initiatives.
Support the Engineering Lead for Customer Engagement Platform in establishing and enforcing the long-term platform vision in support of the Commercial Organization across multiple domains.
Drive capability integration across various commercial capabilities to support integrated sales and marketing capabilities
Communicate clear value proposition for the Customer Engagement Platform to both IT and Business stakeholders.
In collaboration with internal and external Partners, develop innovative and cost effective solutions to further enhance the Platform
Guide Platform improvement efforts and support the creation of a continuous optimization culture for the Platform to ensure it evolves with commercial business needs
Manage relationships with third party vendors and partners
Qualification and Experience:
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
10+ years of relevant experience IT Implementation and Pharmaceutical Industry
Extensive experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions such as Veeva CRM, Veeva VAULT, Salesforce Sales cloud, Salesforce Service cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Experience cloud.
Strong knowledge of CRM SaaS platform, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM declarative tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
Experience in designing and implementing complex data models and integrations.
Good understanding of programming languages like Apex and JavaScript.
Good understanding on CRM API, its Limitation, platform capabilities, customizations, OOTB Managed package suitable for requirement to address.
Well organized, able to adjust work schedule to fit project needs and changing priorities.
Passion for new technology and will be good to prop.
Good understanding of Pharma domain.
Familiar with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence and SharePoint Tools
Learn and adopt new technology as per demand of this role.
Experience with building and executing on technology roadmaps preferred.
Experience managing change in both internal and consultative roles; skilled in championing change, fostering innovation, maintaining focus on true business value and customer value
