Geographic Compliance & Corporate (GCC) Responsible Data & AI Sourcing - To provide comprehensive support within the Responsible Data & AI program ensuring the Company meets contractual obligations, legal and regulatory requirements as well as voluntary commitments made in the fields of data governance and applied (artificial) intelligence, with a focus on negotiating terms with external vendors and business partners that fully reflect the company's values and culture.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law or any related discipline Juris Doctor/LLb Must have the following experience:o Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience at law firms or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing.o Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, IT-related agreements experienceo OR 10 years total experience at law firms or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing; with 2- or 3-years solid experience with IT-related agreements experience. Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set up Work Location: Mandaluyong City.
