Job Description
What you will be working on:
- Develop and execute proactive enforcement strategies and initiatives to enhance compliance. o Leverage data analytics and statistics to identify, track and monitor cases for compliance. o Handle enquiries, feedback and appeals arising from enforcement actions within service standards. o Perform outbound calls to office holders who have not fulfilled their filing obligations and provide guidance on compliance requirements to ensure timely and accurate corporate and financial disclosures. o Conduct compliance checks on entities, recommend appropriate enforcement actions and work with Prosecution Department to prepare court documents. o Conduct regular process and system reviews to improve work processes and enhance customer experience.
- Professional qualification in any discipline o Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience, preferably in the areas of compliance and enforcement o Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills o Self-driven, adaptable and a good team player with a growth mindset o Advanced skills in Excel are preferred
