The CompanyOur client is a highly reputable pharmaceutical company. They are seeking to hire a CFO to join their management team.The RoleReporting to the founder of the company, you\'ll shoulder the responsibility for the entire financial picture of the company. This includes overseeing the creation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and presentations for both internal leadership and external stakeholders. Lead regular financial analysis to pinpoint key metrics, trends, and opportunities. Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards is crucial, along with managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. You would provide financial guidance and leadership to the team, collaborate with senior management to make strategic decisions based on financial insights, and even participate in investor relations activities.Your ProfileTo excel in this role, you\'ll need a Masters or a Degree with the following related experiences:

• Extensive experience with 10 years in a leadership position within the finance function of a complex organization.
• Demonstrated expertise commercial acumen and experience driving business growth in the Pharma, Medical and Healthcare industry.
• Proven success in leading and motivating a larger finance team, fostering collaboration, and optimizing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including PE firms.
