The Company

Our client is a leader in the renewable energy sector and as they continue with their expansion plans globally, they are seeking a CFO with a proven track record in both project and corporate finance.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting for the business with a focus on supporting on corporate finance and project financing. You will be responsible for maintaining all banking relationships to ensure timely and adequate funding in various renewable energy investment and projects.

This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will work closely with the senior management team as well as support in assessment of potential M&A and investment opportunities via financial modelling and due diligence.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree with the following relevant experience:
- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a senior finance capacity
- Proven track record in corporate finance as well as project financing within the renewable or energy sector
- Prior experience in a similar capacity, supporting and working with the senior management team and Board of Directors
