Salary: $1,800 to $2,300 monthly
Location: Pioneer Crescent
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Assist in planning and researching for relevant grants and company initiatives
• Establish, organize and maintain files, records, and reports accurately
• Generate invoices and maintain a proper record of invoices
• Maintain a proper data entry & filing system and ensuring that all transactions are entered correctly and accurately
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
• Highly organized with an attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow-through
• Professionally matured, resourceful, and possess good time management skills
• Detail- oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate in office skills or Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Well versed in English & Mandarin
• Pleasant & Good communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Preferably with a minimum 1 year related working experience in admin work
