This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Change Management Consultant to drive end user adoption for our customers. What will you be doing? Your job is to implement change management for our digital transformation and modern workplace projects involving Microsoft 365 to smoothly transition our customers through the change and improving the adoption rate at the same time. You will work with our customers in defining strategic and viable change management plans tailor made to the nature of the project, build collaterals, and perform activities to realize the plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and leading any change management track of projects, including the researching, implementation, and assessment from start to finish.
  • Creating and conducting the coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including customer management and leadership.
  • Ensuring project goals are met and executed by working with numerous internal resources.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members and assigning tasks where relevant.
  • Long term relationship building with both clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to acknowledge and address any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectation.
  • Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives

As a Support Engineer, you're the main point of contact for support for our customers, which means you have strong problem solving and customer service skills. You are also a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with both internal and external teams. Other qualities that you'll need to be a fit for this role include:
  • Background/experiences in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering, etc. preferred).
  • Professional experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience supervising junior associates preferred.
  • Having interpersonal skills, sensitivity and good communication is absolutely key in this role as you will be working with a wide range of personalities.
