Responsibilities



Strategically positioned across Finance and Operations, the role will provide essential support to both teams in Change initiatives, ensuring alignment and holistic development/solutioning. Main responsibilities as below (non-exhaustive and may be subjected to revision from time to time depending on business needs)


Support Process Optimization

: Utilize business process engineering methodologies in analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing key business processes across the Finance and Operations Departments

Project Management

: Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder engagement

: Coordinate stakeholder mapping, support internal communications, and help manage feedback loops to ensure alignment and transparency.

Documentation & reporting

: Prepare project documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Partner with IT, Product Development, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and digital solutions.

Automation and Digitization

: Identify opportunities for automation and digitization within processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings.

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in a financial institution, consulting, or corporate environment (experience in project management, transformation, or operations support is an advantage). Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Familiar with end-to-end trade lifecycle and working with a trading desk. Experience in VBA, Python and/or other coding language is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus. Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player * Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous
