What the role is:The Strategy, International & Research (SIR) Directorate oversees and drives MSF's strategic planning, transformation, international engagement, as well as research and analytics efforts to achieve MSF's strategic outcomes. As the Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of a new suite of social service systems, primarily case management in nature, amongst users across different domains within MSF and our service partners (SSAs - social service agencies), as they transit from legacy systems.What you will be working on:Your job scope includes (but not limited to) the following: xe2x80xa2 Master Change Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of the new systems amongst users from both within and outside of MSF. Support the Product Owner to ensure that the master change strategy supports and aligns the change management roadmap with the product roadmap and releases. xe2x80xa2 Change Impact Mitigation: Have a good grasp of the change impact within the various domains and cater differentiated strategies for specific domains where applicable. Ensure that domain owners are adequately informed of scenarios where high change impact or risks are present so that appropriate risk mitigation measures can be taken. xe2x80xa2 Communication / Engagement Strategy and Plan: Plan and coordinate communication efforts targeted at the different profiles of the change audiences to ensure users are sufficiently aware and build their desire towards supporting the change. Continuously engage stakeholders to understand their changing concerns towards the change and ensure decentralised change messaging is coherent and aligned with the master change strategy. xe2x80xa2 Training and Enablement: Design training programs and engage commercial training teams to support users in transiting into the new system / features. xe2x80xa2 Professional Support Coordination: Hire and collaborate with professional change management practitioner(s) during major releases or enhancements to ensure alignment with change management practices and support for complex change plans. xe2x80xa2 Change Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the progress of change initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and report on outcomes to senior leadership, making adjustments as needed. Seek and identify leading best practices for change management.What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives, particularly in the context of large-scale IT systems with diverse user groups. xe2x80xa2 Professional Certification: Change management related certification such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Practitioner would be advantageous. xe2x80xa2 Skills: xe2x80xa2 Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably within the social service sector or similar domains. xe2x80xa2 Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in developing and implementing change management plans, including communication, training, and user support strategies. xe2x80xa2 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex challenges effectively. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work independently and manage multiple change management tracks simultaneously. xe2x80xa2 Experience with Salesforce solutions and familiarity with the specific challenges associated with their adoption
