LF Health & Beauty Solutions is seeking a proactive and resourceful Channel Development Associate to help expand our market presence for Wangyuan Bactrian camel milk powder. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness branding, consumer education, and strategic outreach. You'll support the identification and activation of new channels--such as franchisees, institutions, and direct-to-consumer platforms--within Singapore, excluding traditional offline retail.





Job Scope


Channel Outreach & Activation


Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential offline partners including wellness franchises, clinics, educational institutions. Support onboarding and relationship-building with selected partners aligned to our luxury wellness positioning. Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, partner feedback, and follow-up actions.
Sales Support & Campaign Execution


Collaborate on tailored outreach campaigns targeting new consumers through offline activities Track partner engagement and assist in optimizing conversion and retention strategies.
Market Research & Insights


Conduct basic market scans to identify new channel opportunities and consumer trends in Singapore. Assist in comparative nutrition storytelling and positioning of camel milk against conventional alternatives. Provide input to refine messaging and campaign assets based on partner and consumer feedback.
Partner Enablement


Help prepare training materials and product guides for partners. Support digital lead generation efforts and influencer activation. Ensure partners are updated on product features, certifications, and promotional activities.

Requirements


Education & Experience


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing support--preferably in wellness, F&B, or consumer health. Familiarity with Singapore's multicultural consumer landscape is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies


Strong communication skills with bilingual fluency (English + Mandarin or preferred). Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Passion for wellness, nutrition education, and multicultural branding.
