Job Purpose:

To manage and grow revenue through the company's network of channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and distributors, in alignment with the company's sales strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and expand relationships with existing and new channel partners in assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand channel footprint and market coverage.
Drive sales through partners to meet or exceed sales targets for products and services.
Provide partners with product training, sales enablement tools, and marketing support.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, presales) to support partner-led business opportunities.
Monitor partner performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve results.
Ensure partners adhere to company policies, pricing models, and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with channel partners.
Handle escalations and resolve conflicts with or among partners.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:

Diploma in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT channel sales, preferably in software, hardware, cloud, or cybersecurity sectors.
Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and travel as required.
