WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Responsible for growing and establishing value adding sustainable customer service and e-business (Hilti Online, eb2b) channel in line with Market Organization strategy
Derive a clear strategy for channels from Marting Organization market reach/marketing strategy with a roadmap of activities inclusive of customer engagement on Hilti Online in line with regional and global channel strategy
Create a caring and performance-oriented environment by role modelling Hilti values, behaviors and attitudes. Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership skills to be creative, take calculable risks, bring the best out of his/her team
Build a high performing team and inclusive team, and develop your team members in their current role and beyond
Achieve results by making yourself and your team accountable for their actions
Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) by initiating and driving ongoing process improvements in collaboration with other departments
Responsible for execution of Internal controls (ICS) for customer service
Manage call center operations successfully by maintaining shift and capacity planning
Hands on call handling in order to get own deep understanding of customer needs and operational challenges in collaboration with sales and finance. Take personal ownership of complex customer requests/complaints and drive resolution.
