About the Role

As the Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be accountable for fostering business expansion by acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners. This position will report to the Channel Sales Lead and presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven business development, sales, or partnerships manager who possesses a distinctive combination of analytical, communication, and relationship management competencies. The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with a track record of delivering high outputs and achieving challenging goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Acquire and maintain a portfolio of channel partners to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Educate, enable, and empower partners on all things Aspire.
  • Measure and report the performance of partnerships, gain insights and improvise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or similar role in financial services and/or technology companies
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to engage and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners/clients and to create help guides in Mandarin

  • Exposure to B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech
