What you will be doing Develop tool for system enhancement Investigate production incidents (24/7 weekly rotation basis) Documentation of incidents for tracking Scripting for troubleshooting System deployment Integration of new features and channels What you need Bachelor's degree/diploma in computer science or relevant equivalent/practical experience Familar with either Java/GO/C++/C#/Python Familiar with web servers and networks Knowledge of Grafana and backend server development is a plus Good communication skills If you think you fit the bill, do send your updated resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] or simply click 'apply now'.
