Responsibilities:
Identify, acquire and onboard new food service/B2B customers and other key accounts in the target segment
Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell company products
Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
Work with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and product launches that drive sales through channel partners
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance
Identify and evaluate new opportunities through the establishment of partnerships with potential channel partners
Provide regular reports to management on channel sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement
Be well versed in product knowledge and various use case applications
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in channel sales within the F&B industry, with a good network of customers
Strong understanding of distribution channels and the dynamics of the food and beverage market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable disposition
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
