The Channel Sales Executive (E-Commerce) is responsible for driving revenue growth across all online sales platforms -- including
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other marketplaces
. The role focuses on optimizing listings, running promotions, analyzing performance, and coordinating with marketing and logistics teams to maximize sales, visibility, and profitability.
2. Key Responsibilities

A. Platform Management & Optimization
Manage and maintain official store accounts on
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon
.
Ensure all listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for conversion (titles, images, SEO keywords, pricing, and descriptions).
Upload new SKUs, manage inventory availability, and monitor product rankings.
Track and improve
Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns and flash deals (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, TikTok Mega Sales).
Coordinate with each platform's
campaign managers or account managers
to secure promotional slots and visibility boosts.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align ads, vouchers, and bundle offers with brand goals.
Analyze data from each campaign to evaluate ROI and identify growth opportunities.

A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and budgets.
Continuously monitor performance (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments.

D. Analytics & Reporting
Generate weekly and monthly reports showing sales trends, campaign performance, and competitor benchmarks.
Monitor KPIs such as
GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)
, average order value (AOV), conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate.
Identify underperforming products and propose corrective actions (e.g., new bundles, promotions, content refresh).

E. Coordination & Operations
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Work with designers and copywriters to develop effective product visuals, videos, and store banners.
Coordinate with the finance team for settlement tracking, commissions, and returns management.
3. Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or Business Administration.
2-4 years of experience managing online marketplace stores.
Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and promotional mechanics.
Hands-on experience with
Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, and Amazon Seller Central
.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data dashboards.

Monthly online sales revenue (by platform).
Growth rate of store followers and repeat customers.
Conversion rate and average order value.
Campaign ROI and ad performance (ROAS).
