Step into the an exciting role with Barclays as a Channels and Solutions Delivery Lead based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible to lead the strategy, development, and management of digital and physical channels to deliver seamless, secure, and innovative experiences for Transaction Banking clients. You will be tasked to develop and execute the Singapore channels strategy aligned with global priorities, driving digital transformation and omnichannel integration, oversee the design, enhancement, and integration of digital and physical channels (online, mobile, APIs, branch, ATM), ensuring platforms are scale, secure, and compliant with MAS and other regulations. Additionally, you will act as the channel business lead for Singapore, India, UAE and HK Model Bank implementation--gathering requirements, integrating channels into the Model Bank platform, supporting user acceptance testing, and driving adoption across all client touchpoints. You will be an advocate for outstanding customer experiences, including UX/UI best practices, and partner with teams to deliver tailored digital solutions while supporting onboarding and implementation for clients, maintain governance and control frameworks, and lead risk management (including cybersecurity and data privacy).
