Achieve profitability by negotiating & fixing chemical cargo (though the spot market / COA negotiation)
Propose & implement changes to the way to increase and optimize overall result, including but not limited to spot / COA negotiations, cargo allocation and vessel scheduling.
Lead precise & regular communication with different stakeholders (charterer, broker, related other parties internally and externally) for smooth operation.
Record/update the database of the company and team.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in business, maritime / logistic or supply chain related studies
Stable candidate, non-Job hopper
1 to 3 years operations or chartering experience in chemical or tanker preferred
Detail and result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment and a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and good attitude
Singaporean or PR only
Open to fresh Maritime NTU graduates but prefer experienced
