Job Description

?



1?Responsible for the market development of ship chartering business, ensuring the efficient operation of international ships(including the company's own and rent ships), and achieving the comprehensive charter rate target and average ship operating efficiency target; and


2?Responsible for regularly completing and submitting market research results, including market information on charter-in and charter-out, and providing market information support for ship chartering business; and


3?According to the distribution of routes, organize suitable sources of cargo in a timely manner; and


4?Responsible for contractual negotiation,signing and tracking of ship charter-in and charter-out; and


5?Responsible for compiling and submitting business management statements and analysis reports, including but not limited to voyage revenue and route revenue reports, to provide data support for optimizing business management and achieving business goals; and


6?Establish and improve the customer management system, establish a customer and supplier evaluation mechanism, and ensure that transaction risks are minimized from the risk control level; and


7?Guide the operation team in optimizing ship operation processes and improving operational efficiency.


8?Manage relevant business contracts(including but not limited to charter party(ies), commission agreement and agency agreement), summarize and analyze relevant data


Job Requirements:



1?Bachelor's degree or above in maritime-related fields (International Trade, Logistics Management, Law, etc.).


2?Over 5 years of experience in international ship chartering business; familiar with charter party clause design and maritime law; candidates with extensive experience in chemical tanker chartering business are preferred.


3?Possess a network of global shippers, shipowners and brokerage firms; familiar with the shipping ecosystems in Singapore and the Netherlands.


4?Demonstrated global market sensitivity, risk management capabilities, cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.


5?Excellent English communication skills; adaptable to international business exchanges; with a global perspective; able to adapt to frequent business trips.
