ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the following tasks:


Drive our MD & Senior Management to/from meeting venues as well as the airport and other pick-up points.
- Perform Meet-&-Greet and to fetch staff and our foreign guests from the airport and ferry them around.


Deliver and maintain high level of personalised service, confidentiality and communication well with our guests and staff. Possess a neat and pleasant personality with attributes like honesty, kindness, punctuality, understanding, compassion, diligence and patience. Regularly wash, keep our 2-3 company cars immaculate and well-maintained. Other-ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
i) Carry out occasional office administrative and building maintenance duties like manning the gate and gantries, changing of light bulbs, cleaning, etc.


ii) On standby to handle urgent deliveries like to drop off and collect goods from warehouses, collect goods from stores and then deliver to various destinations


iii) Help out in loading and unloading of items.

Requirements

A Valid Class 3/3A Driving license with a Clean Driving record. Minimum 3-years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Physically fit with good eye sight Familiarity with Singapore roads and operate GPS. Proven experience in handling large passenger cars. Punctual, diligent and reliable. Proficiency in spoken and written English. * Working hours: 5 days from 8.45am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
