About the Role
The Chauffeur Drive Coordinator is responsible for managing all Chauffeur Drive (CD) accounts and identifying new opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency in line with the annual financial plan.
This role works closely with senior operational leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen Avis Budget Group's Chauffeur Drive presence, enhance customer experience, and build brand reputation within the Singapore transportation sector and wider APAC region.
What you'll do

• Manage and maximise all Chauffeur Drive accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop, and maintain key client relationships to expand Avis Budget's profile in the Chauffeur Drive, short-term rental, and leasing markets.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities across inbound operators (e.g. airlines, Government) and corporate sectors.

• Oversee relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and maximum profit from each Chauffeur Drive transaction.
• Monitor and reconcile client billing and supplier invoicing to control costs and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and high service standards across all Chauffeur Drive operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chauffeur Drive clients.
• Address and resolve all customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a strong focus on client retention and satisfaction.
• Support and influence positive customer service culture within the wider ABG team.

• Prepare and present monthly reports on performance against targets, including insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide tactical recommendations to the General Manager based on data and market intelligence.
• Contribute to APAC-wide initiatives to grow regional Chauffeur Drive accounts.

• Support vehicle operations, including driving vehicles when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects or other reasonable duties as assigned by Senior Management.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in transport operations, or hospitality/Chauffer Services.
• Strong understanding of commercial pricing structures and cost management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's licence essential.
