Cook / Chef De Partie / Sous Chef (Central kitchen) 1) Pastry/Bakery 2) Cold kitchen 3) Indian kitchen 4) Japanese Kitchen ----------------------------------------- Basic: $1500 -$2900 Culinary Allowance: $60-$110 Shift allowance: Average $240 per month +Overtime pay x1.5 Working days: 6 days, 8 hours+ 1hour rest (rotating shift) Working location: Changi airport Benefit:

  • AWS (1 month basic) and Performance bonus (1-3 month basic)
  • 12 Annual leave and 14 medical leave
  • Transport provided on midnight (in Singapore)
  • Can claim medical
