As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation & logistics; managing an efficient kitchen team; taking care of the inventory of food and kitchen supplies; leading and inspiring a team of passionate chefs under your charge.Qualifications:Your Profile

• Professional diploma in Food Production
• Minimally two years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Cuisine in a steakhouse restaurant
• Has a sound knowledge in food cost control
• Great flair in creativity
• Exudes passion in food management/creation
• Ability to relate to various cultures and groups
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices
• An inspiring leader who manages by example
