Job Description
Our restaurant is looking for Chef De Partie (CDP) to support the Head and Sous Chef delivering consistently high-quality food Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all production items according to kitchen recipes and standards
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in day-to-day work
- Complete daily checks to ensure freshness and quality standards
- Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimise wastage/spoilage
- Have full knowledge of all production items
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
- NO academic certification required
- Possess basic culinary skills
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification
- Available to work weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and team player spirit.
- Strong task and time management abilities
