Create sushi rice with consistent texture and shape.
Manage the storage of fruits, vegetables, and proteins, including crab, eel, salmon, and tuna.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies.
Handle the restocking of ingredients as needed.
Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B or Hospitality environment
Familiarity with food safety regulations for restaurants.
A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential.
Ability to work split shifts as required.
