Chef De Partie

- 10am-6pm // 2pm-10pm (1 hour break in between)
- Outram Park MRT Exit 4
- $2400-$2500
- European Cuisine + Brazilian Cuisine + Western Cuisine
- The Chef de Partie oversees a specific kitchen station, such as the grill, saut\xc3\xa9, pastry, or sauce station. They are responsible for preparing and cooking dishes assigned to that station.
- Ensure that all food items prepared at their station are of the highest quality, cooked correctly, and presented well on the plate.
- Following the recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Chef to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Monitoring and managing the inventory of ingredients and supplies for their station, communicating with the kitchen's stock control team to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinating with other team members in the kitchen to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of food.
- Assisting and guiding junior cooks or apprentices in their station, providing training and support as needed.
- Regularly inspecting and tasting dishes to ensure they meet the required standards of taste, appearance, and portion size.
- Chef de Parties may have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions for new menu items or improvements to existing dishes.
