Job Description


We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and take responsibility for various tasks within our culinary department. The main responsibilities include:

  • Skillfully preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes within a designated section.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menu items, create recipes, and innovate new dishes.
  • Assisting in maintaining and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene practices to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Monitoring portion sizes and implementing waste control measures to optimize efficiency.
  • Supervising the upkeep of kitchen facilities and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
