, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in your assigned section. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure all food is prepared according to the restaurant's standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauce, soup, or side dishes) efficiently during service Ensure food preparation and storage meet hygiene and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal dishes Monitor portion and waste control to minimize food cost Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Assist with inventory management and daily stock checks
