The chef de partie is in charge of a section in the kitchen. French food cooking skills is a must have, working in one of the most popular restaurant in Singapore the chef de partie needs to be meticulous on the food preparation and the food taste. Good organisation for prep and cooking is necessary. Under the supervision of the chef the chef de partie follow the recipes. Restaurant close two days and half per week.
