Create SOPs as a team and manage daily kitchen operations with precision
Take charge of food prep, stock levels, and timing
Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly
Maintain food hygiene standards and workplace safety
Assist the head chef with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
Job Requirements:
Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field
Have good knowledge in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to multitask
Willing to work on weekend
Compensation:
Working days: 4.5 days
- Working hours: Morning shift 9am - 10pm / Night shift 11am - 12am, 2 hours break between 4-6pm
Annual increments

Late-night transport provided after 11pm
