The Chef De Partie works with a dynamic team of kitchen staff in preparing and cooking ingredients at all sections of kitchen for a vibrant trendy cafe that serves light and main western dishes. He will work closely with the Head Chef / Sous Chef. Company Background Knots Cafe is a lifestyle cafe that provides service of fresh food, flowers and furniture. • Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
• Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
• Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperative environment

Requirements :

• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hardworking & willing to learn
• Passion in the industry
• Able to speak simple English for communication within the team and dockets reading
• Willing to work 6 days in a week
• ABLE TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY
