  • Oversee the production of Chinese cuisines
  • Ensure all food preparation meets standards
  • Prepare and present good quality food
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy
  • Ensure proper storage of food
  • Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
  • Comply with all health and safety and food safety regulations
  • Support Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Chef de Partie in Chinese cuisine
  • Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Good working attitude
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
