Job Position: Chef De Parties
Company Background: Chain of Chinese Restaurant
Location: PJ /KL
Working Hours: 9am ~ 6pm (Mon ~ Sun). Rest 1 days
Salary Range: RM 7,000 ~ RM 8,000 (Depend on working experience)

:
1. Accountable for the smooth runningof the kitchen.
2. Following directions provided by the head chef & sous chef.
3. Involve, prepare and chair the daily rool call meeting.
4. Ensure food items are prepared according to company standards of quality and consistency.
5.Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
6.Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station - maintaining healthy stock inventory.
Job Requirement:
1.Minimum 3yrs experience working in a similar role.
2.Ability to work well in a team.
3.Excellent listening and communication skills.
4.Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
5.Passion for delivering great food and service.
6.Multitasking and organizational ability.
7.Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
