\xc2\xb7Evaluate student performance for practical and written/ oral assessment.
\xc2\xb7Develop cohesive, safe and positive learning environment for students and ensure that safety procedures in the kitchen are adhered to by the students.
\xc2\xb7Promote and instil high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the working environment. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7Diploma/Degree and/or professional qualifications in respective course of study.
\xc2\xb7Certification in WSQ ACTA/ ACLP.
\xc2\xb7Possesses strong understanding and knowledge in pastry and baking.
\xc2\xb7Worked in the baking or F&B industry.
\xc2\xb7Excellent baking products.
\xc2\xb7Enjoy training and interacting with trainees and helping them to develop their competencies.
\xc2\xb7Reliable.
\xc2\xb7Excellent facilitation skills.
