Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine (Tandoor, Curry, Jain dishes)
Maintain consistency, taste, and hygiene standards
Handle
food costing
and
inventory management
Support bulk production and daily kitchen operations
Ensure compliance with
HALAL, ISO, HACCP, and GMP
standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in North Indian cuisine and bulk cooking
Skilled in Tandoor, Curry, and Jain food preparation
Knowledge of food costing and inventory control
Team player with good communication skills
