Prepare and maintain a hygienic, safe working environment
Prepare, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy
Produce sandwiches and all other savoury items
Plan, test and provide samples for new savoury menu items
Organise & label supplies neatly
Stocktake of supplies
Packaging of products in an timely fashion
Quality check of all products
Daily stocktake of perishable items produced and sold
Clean and wash all cooking utensils and/or equipment used
Sweeping/Mopping of kitchen floor on a daily basis
Cleaning and wiping of chiller & freezer doors on a weekly basis
Prepare customer orders
Be a positive, happy team player
Shift will be between 7am - 5pm (or at whichever time the duties for the day is complete - work fast; go home early or work slow & work longer hours. No OT pay)
5.5 day work week in CBD (Every Sunday & alternate one (1) weekday off)
During your first month, you will be required to be stationed at both Jewel Changi Airport and CBD for training.
