We are looking for an experienced

Chef

to join our team. You will help to bring authentic flavours to our kitchen!

Key Responsibilities:

Cook curry rice and braised pork rice. Well-versed in various cooking techniques and have a keen eye for detail to ensure every dish meets our standards. Keeping cleanliness and hygiene standards at all stations, adhering to safety regulations. Stock taking and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all food safety and license requirements, maintaining relevant certifications.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in cooking roles is preferred, with expertise in Asian cuisine. Holding a valid food license/certification. Passion for delivering high-quality, flavourful dishes. Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and food handling standards. Good communication and ability to work under pressure.
