Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation according to company guidelines.
Monitor stock usage, help manage food costs, and reduce unnecessary waste.
Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members to maximize their potential.
Review and recommend improvements to kitchen procedures for better efficiency and consistency.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation requirements.
Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain product quality and staff professionalism.
Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
Attend all required team briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Possess relevant experience in kitchen/bistro/western food outlet
Able to read and write in chinese
